Scream
When you feel it, just scream. Don’t be afraid of the short, loud noise. Do it. Let it out.
Open the door; let the hot coals burn. Is it fear? Stress? A bad thought haunting you? What’s burning inside? Whatever it is—scream.
This morning, as I was taking a shower, I screamed. And I said it out loud: “Scream.” I told myself to do it. Surprisingly, another scream followed. This time from my wife. She screamed too.
Like love and laughter, screaming is contagious. So don’t be scared. Let it go.
